The Services are for training and education only and are not medical advice. You should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training programme, especially if you have any pre-existing injury or condition.

5. Your responsibilities (safety and conduct)

You agree to:

Train responsibly and within your capacity.

Follow safety instructions and venue rules (for in-person Services).

Use the Services lawfully and respectfully.

Not misuse the Services (e.g., harassment, spam, hacking, sharing illegal content, or infringing intellectual property).

We may suspend or remove access if you breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

All content and materials provided by PaceLab—including text, videos, frameworks, documents, training plans, course materials, branding, and methodologies—are owned by PaceLab or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share logins, record and repost content, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Community rules (if applicable)

If you join any PaceLab community (free or paid), you agree to:

Not post abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content.

Not solicit members for competing services without permission.

We may remove content or users at our discretion to protect the community.

9. Payments, subscriptions and renewals

Where applicable:

Prices are shown at point of purchase and may be subject to change for future periods.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation method provided at checkout or in your account area.

If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the current billing period (unless stated otherwise).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

PaceLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

PaceLab’s total liability in connection with the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to PaceLab for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim arose (or £100 if no payment was made).

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Services, users, or legal compliance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise).
