Every organisation begins in a different place. This process evaluates your environment, identifies the correct tier and installs a fast-bowling system built for long term performance.
STEP 1: INITAL ASSESSMENT
You submit the partner form so we can understand your environment, goals, coaching structure and athlete numbers.
STEP 2: DISCOVERY & ENVIRONMENT ASSESSMENT
STEP 3: TIER & PROPOSAL
Based on your needs and readiness, we recommend the right PaceLab Tier and outline a proposed structure, timelines and commercial model.
STEP 4: SYSTEM INSTALLATION & COACH ALIGNMENT
Once agreed, we implement the profiling, syllabus, coach education and technology that match your tier - with structured support from PaceLab.
STEP 5: ONGOING OVERSIGHT AND PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
We monitor progress via testing, reviews and reporting, and help your staff refine delivery to keep performance moving forward season after season.

PARTNER REQUIREMENTS
WHO WE PARTNER WITH
PaceLab partnerships are designed for organisations committed to building a serious, long-term fast bowling system. We only work with environments that meet specific criteria.
A DEDICATED COACHING LEAD
You must have at least one coach responsible for delivering and overseeing the fast bowling programme.
COMMITMENT TO THE PACELAB FRAMEWORK
Your organisation must be willing to align with the PaceLab methodology, language and profession model.
CONSISTENT ATHLETE CONTACT TIME
You must be able to provide reliable weekly contact time with your bowlers throughout the season.
OPERATIONAL CAPACITY
Your environment must have basic operational structure to run sessions consistently (space, scheduling, communication, delivery flow).
WILLINGNESS TO IMPLEMENT PROFILING AND TESTING
You must be able to run athlete profiling protocols such as Pitchwolf, radar testing and physical profiling.
MEDIUM TO LONG TERM INTENT
If these requirements are not met, the partnership will not be approved.
