DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

WE SEE THE INDIVIDUAL - NOT JUST THE PATHWAY.

"They are being told something different by every coach.”

“They train constantly, but we cannot clearly explain what is improving.”

“Everyone in the squad seems to be following the same programme.”

“The cricket coaching and physical programme do not feel connected.”

“They are in a pathway, but nobody has identified what is actually limiting them.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

THE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS

ANSWERED CLEARLY

Question 1: Does a player need to already be in a county pathway?

No. Selection into a pathway and individual development are not the same thing. We are interested in the player’s needs, attitude and ambitions—not simply the badge on their shirt.

Question 2: My child already receives county coaching. Why PaceLab?

County programmes can provide excellent opportunities. PaceLab is designed to complement a player’s existing cricket by providing specialist development, clearer individual priorities and stronger connections between technical and physical preparation

Question 3: Is every player given the same programme?

No. The curriculum provides structure, but profiling and coaching determine how the programme is applied to the individual.

Question 4: What happens between live sessions?

The support depends on the selected academy. The programme information for each location explains the remote physical preparation, feedback, reporting and learning support included.

Question 5: Which academy should we chose?

Choose the location and pathway that best matches the player's role and practical circumstances. If you are unsure, register your interest and tell us about the player. We will help direct you to the most relevant programme.

ANOTHER WINTER WILL PASS EITHER WAY

DON'T JUST GIVE THEM MORE TRAINING.

GIVE THEM A PLAN

The question is what will actually be different when it ends.

More clarity. More purposeful training. Connected preparation. Better understanding.
