FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

THE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS

ANSWERED CLEARLY

Question 1: Does the player choose one pathway?

Yes. Players register for PaceLab, SpinLab or The PowerHittingLab. The pathways remain specialist, while the Execution Hour creates planned opportunities for players to work across roles in realistic cricket environments.

Question 2: Is this a cricket academy or a physical development programme

It is a cricket performance academy. Specialist cricket development and physical preparation are deliberately connected rather than treated as unreleated services.

Question 3: Is it suitable alongside school, club or county cricket

It is designed to complement a player's wider cricket. Parents shoudl share relevant workload, injury and schedule information during registration so the team can understand the player's full context.

Question 4: Are places limited?

Yes. Cohorts are controlled to protect coaching quality and the training environment. Confirmed pathway capacities will be stated in the programme information.

Question 5: What happens agfter registering interest?

We will ask about the player, their current cricket and what they most want to improve. We may request recent footage where relevant. The team will then confirm suitability, answer questions and explain the next step if a place can be offered.
